Exam Stress!!! How do you deal with it?

So, do you know when you are stressed? What do you do to get rid of exam stress (if you do anything)? Or what do you do to avoid being stressed?

Method 1. pay attention in class all year so I know the material and not have to worry about it.
Method 2. If I did not do method one, accept that it's my fault and just get ready to accept a poor score as I try to cram and don't worry about it anyways.

study then do some fun things, but do not overdo it
as for me, when I was facing my final exam, I studied together with my friends
that way, we can laughed together while studying so it was not that stressing

Mmm... try to mix in studying on a regular basis, it doesn't have to be long. As long as you do study a little. It goes a long way.~
That's the only thing I can think of. People tend to not be nervous if they feel ready for the examination.

Just don't worry about it , and then cram as much as you can the night before the exam... It seems to work fairly well for me.

I just study a little every day. Whenever I need a break I'll just watch a tv show or something. I try not to stress out too much.

anyway, i would also say to just focus on what you have to do, and not focus on the stress, it is stressful but just try to relax, wear warm clothes or something, whatever can make you relaxed

This is exactly what I do in class. At least if you pay attention to class, there are some notes that will stick in your head anyway. And even when you study last minute, you can understand the subjects pretty well. But there are times when I do method 2 because I 1) either daydream throughout the class, or 2) escape classes. -_- Then again, it's my fault so I'm not stressed because I know I haven't dine my best yet.

As for the stress, well, I try not too stress too much by taking breaks every now and then. I take a nap, I eat, I drink, I play games, and the likes to avoid being overloaded with information. When I'm relaxed enough, that's when I'll continue to study.

I'm usually an exam crammer, meaning that I study a day before the exam and trying to cram everything in the 24hour or less period of time. I was studying on my bed and then I closed my eyes for a minute. Bad choice! By the time I woke up, it was already morning and I hadn't read anything. I failed the subject, lol. Moral of the story: never study on your bed. It makes you sleepy. Even more since it's the exam time and studying is boring and the bed looks inviting.

I never study. Slept through all my classes I dont cram. I dont normally know its exam time till AFTER the results are posted. I've been scored below a 95 on anything. Dont know why, I see it, I remember it if its cool, if mot.its atored away somewhere till needed. 'shrugs'

I wish that I could do that. I actually have to look over my notes but I dont stress. Whatever happens happens due to what I do.

Seriously, when the exams are near. I study little bit everyday then the day before the exams. I STUDY REAL HARD.
I don't know why.. I get the lessons but I can't remember them just everyday so I read my notes all the time.

Exam times is one of the few times when I actually pay really close attention in class. Because usuallly I draw and pay half attention.
Then I study, which is no different then when I'm studying for a normal test. I try not to cram either because it doesn't usually help me at all. And I study like a week before all the things that I think might be on the test.
I'm a very bad when it comes to studying except when it comes to final exams.

to be honest, I never study much for my exams... and if I do, I tend to forget.. lol..
I'd say study, but don't go hardcore on it either, study some days before, around 10 - 20 min. then relax a lot.. and such, then night after exam, go to sleep early...

I tend to pay attention in class, so even if I don't study at all, I still do decent at least. When I do study, its usually the last night, or even minutes before the test, cram session. That being said, I do pretty decent in class and don't stress out for tests. But I just took my last final Thursday night so no more tests for me... until next semester where I'm tacking the dreaded organic chem.

Anyway, I had an enlightening experience over my finals. One night, I was working on several projects do the next day, and I hadn't at all studied for my two finals. Literally did not sleep at all that night. But, I made my self some awesome breakfast and got some doughnuts before class, and let me tell you, that was one of the best mornings I had ever had. Moral of the story: eat breakfast.

Try to study as much as I can, pay attention in class, go out and hang with some friends, and sometimes, I do not encourage you minors out there, but I drink while I study at home! >_>;; Makes it more interesting and I've done better on my assignments and exams that way.

During my exams I just exercised until I passed out. Then I wasn't stressed.

However this could be applied to anything else which forces you to concentrate on something else. Also it helps to revise.

Oh, and if you got juggling balls or just balls that can be used for juggling, it really takes your mind off of stressful things!

Well i have a little bit of memory power which makes me remember 3/4th of my lessons when i read it once. I read it once before on the night of the exam and revise it early morning, nice and fresh mind.
When i get stressed i take a break for max 15mins.
