My Wi-Fi, it's gone out . . .
Does Puella Magi Madoka Magica count? It's not your little sister's magical girl anime. This one is magical girls on acid, with a story line which turns very dark.
Jackie Coogan, Charlie Chaplin, and Charles Reisner as the Bully.
Reisner was a former pro boxer who turned actor, writer, and director. He previously worked for Chaplin behind the camera on The Gold Rush. Reisner would later become known as a comedy director working with The Marx Brothers, Jack Benny, and Abbot and Costello, among others.
It is a classic!

Magical girls with a touch of comedy? It has to be Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya~

That's because it IS a magical girl spin-off, light-hearted and fun. Illya leads a not so normal school life, Shirou has no powers (unless we're talking about Miyu's brother), Chloe von Einzbern exists here and their parents are alive and well. It's a nice world to live in.
