「相変わらず、口が悪い(です)ね!」 or 「口が悪いのは、相変わらず(です)ね!」
If you include the (です) it becomes more polite/formal.
Also, whether it sounds "joking" depends a lot on context and delivery, so I advise you to be a little careful.

Why does kanji show up as squares on my comp!?
If I understand you right, I think it has something to do with the encoding settings on your browser (some sort of infernal computer magic is needed which I don't quite know myself; try and Google "how to display Japanese characters in your browser" or something to that effect).
If I remember correctly, the previous animelyrics.com/tv forum had a sticky-ed thread that walked you through how to read and write kanji on your browser. Perhaps we need a similar thread here as well?
