What member actions annoy you on the forum?

I silently rage when people deviate from default text colours or make text smaller and therefore harder to read. 9/10 times I end up not reading what they've written because of it.

Edit: also when people use the white text when writing their posts. I can't see it because I'm using the blinding white skin, so I have to highlight it with my cursor x__x;

Anything VG post gets on my nerves... Quite literally...

When peoples sigs are crazy huge.

And when people post threads in the wrong areas ;___; Do you not check out the rest of the forum before posting??

I hate it when people put an ellipsis after every line and/or they have lol.
It is also irritating when people do not use punctuation.

Seconded. This was especially blood-boiling in Fanfiction/Literature. Imagine having to read (or at least skim) dozens of stories and poems written in different font, text colour, and size. That's why there was a rule made there long ago that all stories and poems be posted in the default style. Not that anyone bothers...

When people suck at spelling. A typo is one thing, but sometimes there's just no excuse. That inclds txt spk as wll.
And when people use text colors that I can't see. Drives me up a wall. Literally. It like actually drives my body up the nearest wall. You can imagine how annoying that gets.

Says the guy who has a nearly impossible to read username on the default skin. As for me, I'm gonna go with what the above loser first posted here and, large sigs like Blue and li posted. Though with what Ace has done, I don't see a reason why people can't fill that gaping void of space. Though a sig that takes up two screens is just a pain and serves no purpose other then to annoy you. At least use spoiler tags to hide some of it so it doesn't get in the way.

That's pretty much the only thing that's ever bothered me about the way people change their font colors and text size.

When people quote something stupid they got from the news that is 100 percent incorrect and claim it's fact. And then argue with you about it.

Like saying Obama is from Kenya. For an example.

When 12-16 year olds act like they rule the forum.
When said 12-16 year olds form alliances with other 12-16 year olds to give the illusion that they rule the forum.

Also, when people randomly add you to their friend/contacts list even though you've never spoken to them before, just for the sake of a +1 friend count.

My biggest pet peeve is when close minded people open their mouths (or in this case run their fingers) without having any sence of decenty to try to understand where others are coming from...
Other than that, the usual micro font, double posting for fun/spamming for fun, and just plain stupid comments.

My rule is.. If you can read the color change on the DEFAULT forum skin then it's acceptable. Because if you made modifications to the forum skin then you have agreed to the risk of not being able to always read what others post..
