So i realized that precision shooting on the wii is a real pain after playing some campaign in call of duty black ops.

yeah, the reaction time of the wiimote is relatively low. So shooters aren't the greatest thing to play on it.

PSX is phoey, the base PS3 can play PSX games. It always was able to. PS2 I'm not sure about since that has more to do with hardware and Sony took out the components needed to cut down production costs.

I'm assuming you mean an emulator, that's possible but I'm not sure if one is made yet. The one for the PC has been in development since 07 and it's still in beta.
