True, but some of them aren't even that high and there was one that even had a path halfway up. Not to mention places outside of mountains like hopping over those road boundaries.

Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
You're using that Sojo race aren't you? And in the second pic your right hand looks swollen.

Finally got into new vegas. bleh, this place is boring. :3
Imma go do what I enjoy best now- 'sploring.
The Brighter the Light the Darker the Shadow
Yeah, I've been doing that for what seems forever and I still don't have all the markers. Not sure if I even have half of them. And the Deathclaw mission is a royal pain in the arse.

So the first DLC has been confirmed and it's an Xbox 360 only DLC. But it's obviously going to be timed, just like everything else, lol.
Can't wait.
EDIT: Apparently it might be permanent exclusive, lol.

That's ok, PC has modding. In a years time there will be some starling content created by the community.
I'm currently in Vault 34 trying to do the Radiation mission.
Wish I could figure out where the key is so I don't die of radiation down here. D:
The Brighter the Light the Darker the Shadow
I have to redo that mission. It's a pain in the ares to say the least. I kept going in circles. Though I'd do the ghoul space mission first since near the end you can find a space suit that give decent protection to radiation.
Did you use the advanced rad-suit or space suit?
But yeah, that place is a damn maze, and the rad ticker keeps increasing.
Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
I didn't know there was and advance version of the rad suit. I haven't found one yet.
I've had this game since it came out, and I'm only level 4/5. Every time I go to play it I just get really bored. It didn't suck me in as much as Fallout 3 did. I don't know if it's just got a slow beginning or I just liked the feel of the other game more. Is there anything fun or amusing to do while I try to do the storyline missions? I just got to Primm.
Yeah, I got the same impression.
I guess it's just because fallout 3 was far less restrictive in terms of where you could travel somewhere and when, whereas New Vegas is very linear as to where you can progress until about half way though. Plus, the mountains make in incredibly frustrating that way because you -think- your going somewhere when, boom, impassable mountain.
Plus, I enjoyed having the ability to talk to most every common folk that passed by, (even if it wasn't anything particularly interesting); still a lot better than the one-line regurgitated dialogue they give you. :\

The Brighter the Light the Darker the Shadow
I haven't found impassible mountains yet, but I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who thinks this. Maybe it's just me, but I also liked the green overlay in Fallout 3 better than the orange. It just seemed more post-apocalyptic than the orange. It just had a darker more sinister feel to me, I think.

Great game dude
Bump.
Still playing this thing into the new year. Have a 21 Courier with NCR Ranger Combat Armor, and most of the uniques (I <3 Lucky/All-American/Dinner Bell). Btw, this invisi-walls are apparently there for a reason. e.e
Still pretty good. Kinda wish the game didn't freeze too much. Especially when I'm trying to take down the Legendary Deathclaw. I want Mercy and I want it now.
Why does it seem that most cross-platform games that get DLC hit the Xbox first? Why can't it be the PS3, so that I don't feel like crap?

I almost played this as much as Fallout 3. Almost.
I prefer 3's atmosphere to NV. I'll take gray and rubble over blue skies and sand any day.
...
...
I want rain to be introduced...or other weather in general. It's dull just to see the sun or the moon.
