I have a weakness for kitty-face emoticons... I only use them occasionally mind... like only if I'm exceptionally happy for example, since using them all the time would make them less effective after a while. And my fave would be this one: =^_^= although personally I like to customise it to look like this: =<^-^>=

Recently, I've been getting more interested in this emoticon, though: *¬* (Drooling) And the best part is, "¬" is standard on my keyboard, which means no Character Map for me!

Oh... also I don't know if this is an official emoticon or nothing, as it was an experimental, but I also like to use `~` to create an impression of my trying not to cry after being "offended". Then there's the D# emoticon, which I like to use to show emotional humilation or sudden shock from rejection. These emoticons are meant for humour of course and are not to be taken literally.

Overall, I tend to go for asian emoticons (or verticons, since most tend to be straight-on) as they tend to be more cute and suggestive than the sideways emoticons, which I only use when I can't find the asian equivelants. That said, I just had to try a sideways Goku emoticon, since I've not seen one on the internet in keyboard form, so... here's my miserable attempt:
