I'm not up to date on movies at all, so are there any movies, recent or old, that you would (or wouldn't) recommend to other members? If so, name a few!

Scott Pilgrim vs The World!!
Most awesome movie this year!
Then Toy Story 3 and Shrek 3
Well, many people I know seem to love inception, though I myself thought it was only ok, not super great.
Inception was amazing!!! Very confusing, though...
Toy Story 3 was pretty awesome...
Scott Pilgrim vs The World!!!
Ponyo.
Toy Story 3.
Inception.
Last Airbender.
Twi *gets hit with tranquilizer dart*
....
^Last Airbender was total garbage. I wouldn't recommend it to my best enemy.
Despicable Me. That's it.
Robin Hood wasn't bad. Russell Crowe starring and Rydley Scott directing was a win in my humble opinion.
I heard that the Expendables was good but i haven't seen it yet
The Other Guys was pretty funny. I liked it. And Boondock Saints (1 and 2). I really liked Inception. Shudder Island was also awesome.
samba bamba, llama momma.
need a new set, feel free to offer. :3
Centurion.
Invictus
The Hurt Locker
Valhalla Rising
Define new. there have been a lot of decent movies in 2009 and not too much in 2010.
Depends, theaters?
Because Toy Story 3 is not in theaters anymore, silly people and it's not out in DVD/Blu-ray yet.
Zombieland, The A-Team, The Expendables, Kick-***. All great movies. You should check them out.
I never watch new movies. I prefer to wait until they're old, so that you can objectively tell the hyped films from the actually good ones.
I recommend others to do the same.
Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
Dinner For Schmucks. Best coemdy film I've seen so far. xDD
Machete?

....
"The Silence of the Lambs" Definetely a classic.
I really liked I am Legend; the first movie in a long time that I went back a second time to see in theatres. Avatar was also an awsome movie, and Hamlet 2 was hilarious.
If we're not talking about new movies, and not full length movies, I suggest perusing YouTube.
The only new movie I truly suggest to see is Scott Pilgrim.
An older full length movie (I mean not put out this year) would be Beetle Juice, to honor the character Otho, who died recently. Then, of course, there's the original Gone In 60 Seconds. The one previous to Nicholas Cage's version.
Avvie and sig set by me.
okay, if its just good movies rather than new ones then.
1. The Hurt Locker
2. Gladiator
3. The Wave
4. Hot Fuzz
5. Bad Boys 1 and 2
6. Point Break
7. National Lampoons Animal House
8. Nosferatu a Symphony of Horror
9. Night of the Living Dead
10. Black Hawk Down
Some recently released DVD movies I’ve enjoyed are Fish Tank (set in UK) and The Maid (set in South America and is in Spanish). Both are not really lighthearted movies and would probably be for an older audience. If you want a feel good movie with lots of soul, humor, and music, I’d recommend The Commitments (Dublin, Ireland), but it’s not exactly new. Other recently watched, but not necessarily new movies I’ve seen are Sixteen Candles (nothing like the American movie with the same title, set in Scotland), and Mrs. Brown, with some great acting from Judi Dench and Billy Connolly.
"If I am not who you say I am, you are not what you think you are." -James Baldwin
the only movies i'd recommend are the Miyazaki films, like Laputa, Kiki's delivery service and Totoro. Anything western is pure, commercialized sh*t if you ask me.
We are Pop Candy, very happy! ^--^
1.Wanted
2.Taken
3.Bloodsport
Lovely set made by the awesome Arxia! Thanks so much girl!♥♥♥
