Imagine life giving out achievements like a video game or music service. Man that would be annoying, right. You're tired as hell and going home, open your apartment door when "*Ping* Achievement unlocked! Door opener [open a door 5000 times]".

Never the less, imagine this being the scenario. What achievements would you have?

1st achievement: What the Smurf [saying the word smurf 150 times while screaming at a video game]
2nd achievement: let it fly [distance of a xbox controller thrown across the room(exceeding 3ft)]
3rd achievement: The fool [friends making fun of you for losing to a girl]
4th achievement The Demon king [beating up said friends for laughing at you plus getting the girl who beat you to date you]

now that i think about this, this would be a good idea...

• Worst Gambler in a radius of 6000 miles - has lost hundreds of bets
• "Jackass" - tens of self inflicted injuries received while doing something stupid like ramming himself into some one who weighs twice as much as him

One of my achievements I can think out of the top of my head would be "Has eaten cookies from all over the world."

I'm gunning for "Has eaten cookies from another galaxy" next.

This is like Xplay's Real Life Achievements, sort of. Here goes...

1) "TACTICAL NUKE, INCOMING!" - Call in at least one nuke on MW2 on Xbox Live or Playstation Network. (100 GP)
2) "The Modern Warfare Warrior" - Get all of the acievements on CoD4: MW and CoD: MW2 either on Xbox 360 or PS3. (2000 GP or 2 Plantinum Trophies)
3) "Anime Character Fetish" - Cosplay as an anime character. (10 GP)
4) "Video Game Character Fetish" - Cosplay as a video game character. (10 GP)
5) "Woooooow" - Get beaten by Light Buster in a Mercenary Team Deathmatch (MTDM) on MW2 on Xbox Live. (10 GP)
6) "Owned You" - Beat Light Buster and be MVP in a MTDM match without using a tactical nuke on MW2 on Xbox Live. (1000 GP and you'll become my friend on this site.)
7) "Come On, Fight For the Winning Team" - Win a match on MW2 with Light Buster on your team. (10 GP)
8) "How Does He Do That?" - Watch the Killcam fully showing Light Buster killing you on MW2. (10 GP)

Well actually, more like "we don't care" but...

Achievement whores/trophy whores, same bloody thing.
All of them get some kind of weird gratification from earning a crappy visual progression that doesn't do anything other than continuously go up.
