Nah. Not enough people were interested in this thread, seeing how only 6 joined. Its me and someone in real life who's part of the poetry club rating the poems. And nah I won't, you've got my word on that haha. Just reply and my and my friend will decide who's poem is the best/worst?:P

Lady Snow

Here they lay dead
man buried deep down
in an earthen cave

Their coffins snug and
tight between rocks and
soil

They hear the feet
of many beast pattering
on winter snow

Dead man experience winter
as well as their
bones freeze and ache
their souls shiver suffering
from a form of
frost bite

They shall be protected
however from the dear
lady snow her body
in an unmarked grave

Her soul frozen for
such a long time
she became the birth
of winter

Her murder prince summer
Her lover king autumn
Her best friend spring
Lady snow's soul follows
the trail of sobs
and despair

From the dead who
can no longer tell
tales

A fingerprints decent
Never the same
Soul's shimmering
Ice covered rain

Falling stars
White-blue hearts
Frozen tears
From clouds, depart

Gently curving
Bright to the eye
Ready to melt
Willing to die

Soldiers of fortune
Ice bullets of death
Swirling whirlwind's
Life's coldest test

White blanket of hope
Draped in chilly despair
Slow motion picturesque
Fragments of air

Bundled together
A man, flakes make
One who rival scarecrows
But melts to fate

Then time passes
And the world is warm
Nature pulls back
It's wintered, white arm.

I'm confused. I mean, you join something then don't turn in an entry? I don't think I'm willing to grade 2 entries out of 6. It doesn't seem like anyone is interested in this thread continuing.

Edit: Oh and Kirako's comp is down so she needs to reinstall the system on her computer, and *Tsuki* is all kinds of busy... I think.

I had to rewrite what I wrote because I didn't save it. But I wrote something with more of a rhyme. Sounds like CSI though.

Gentle snowflake on the ground
Many memories now unfound.
Six-sided shape; a gentle stance
A swirling breeze and flurry dance.

Fixed engravings on the flake
The time revealed is now at stake.
Could this flake reveal the crime,
That’s been hiding all this time?

The clues now begin amassing.
As the flakes begin relaxing.
The criminal finally has been found.
As the flakes return unsound.

Nature’s clues are now at ease.
Thus the flakes begin to freeze.
Now its time to let them go.
As they disappear in time once more.
