First signature attempt - xAria

Well, I had quit a while back. I forgot everything, so i tried my best to make a sig, although there's a few flaws in this. (Yes, I already see some, but its too late to change them, ie, the letters.)

But, here goes. c&c porfavor, please go easy on me >< at least for now.

ps: I hope i posted this in the right section ;x...

Impressive for your first sig. I actually really like it. The only things that might need to be fixed are the text and the light spot to the right of the tower on the far right.

It's pretty darn good for a first. A suggestion for future tags though: when you use a character, try and place them a little more towards the center. Not saying they have to be dead center, but if don't put them so far off to the side. I can't wait to see more of your future sigs and improvements though

everyone that I personally know always say to put them towards the side instead of aiming them towards the center. Thanks for telling me that though :P and I hope that from your advice, that I actually get better.

There are some instances in which putting your character off to the side can be an advantage, but putting it in the center usually makes it a focal because it looks more... well... focused.

Anyway, the tag looks a bit burned to me, which oversharpens and distorts lines and colors. And you already mentioned the letters, so that's really all I have to say.

It's a good tag, but it might look better if it wasn't so burned.
I hope that's not too harsh on you. I don't mean to be harsh, mean, etc. Just trying to help out. :3

Over-all they were good for first tries. But when I comment on these sort of things I prefer to give my honest opinion on what I think you need to fix so you can pull it all together and work on what didn't make your signature look good and try not to do it on your next project.

Image #1: You used WAY to much color burn. Ease up on it a bit and it would've come out just as dark and evil but not too overwhelming. Also I cannot tell what is written in the bottom since it bleeds into the image and turns pink. Try making your fonts bigger [This goes for every single one of your sigs]. Plus if I did not look closely I would've not noticed the Japanese lettering at the top it blends in way too much.

Image #2 Cloud: I like this style fine but loosen up on the sharpening just a tad. Otherwise this image is fine

Image #3 Pikachu: There is way to much of the same type of yellow and pika just blends in really well. Try to figure out how to bring him forward a bit.

Image #4 Cloud: This one is PERFECT. But is realllllly unbalanced that open grey space needs to be filled. To balance it I'd suggest putting a screen name there in a bigger sized font than you are using.

:o for a first it's pretty good. I like the size of the sig most of all. There are small issues on it. The text should be a bit bigger and moved to the right a bit more to avoid seeing the char render. Also it might look a bit better if he wasn't so darken/multiplied. Since most of his color seems to have died out.
