I want you to pick an emotion and base your drawing off of that. Anger, happiness, sadness, etc. If you have any questions on the theme, just let me know.



You guys have 2 weeks to get your drawings done. You can either post it in the thread or PM it to me. All drawings are due Wednesday, June 6th. The sooner you get them done the sooner we can start!

I chose the emotion sadness. I chose to also base mine off of a quote from .hack//GU.
*Shino and Haseo stand at an alter, surrounded by stained-glass windows in a cathedral*
Shino: They say there used to be a statue of a girl here. She was called Aura.
Haseo: I wonder why she disappeared...
Shino: I don't know... Maybe she just lost her interest...Lost hope for this world.

I wanted to capture the feeling of sadness, loss and disappointment that Aura, the Goddess, would have felt as she left. This isn't what Aura actually looks like. I used an original character to capture the emotion. The only link between the real aura and my Aura is the symbol of infinity.

guh sorry for being a tad late. Things have gotten hectic since i moved back home looking for a job as well as a few other things. Um I chose the emotion comradery? if that counts as one if not happiness or togetherness will work? -,- I'm never good with these emotions kinda deals. I chose D Gray Man because of the abundance of together we rise or together we fall kind of themes. spent a total of maybe 15 hours on this? possibly more, anyway I have a headache so I think imma get to bed.
