YAY Disgaea fangirlism for the win. XD
But Darkseid, that's the definition of "loliCON", not "loli" by itself. "Loli" from "Lolita" CAN refer to a female child or a female who looks young when she's trying to gain sexual attraction but not always. I'm not confusing it with "moe". All loli can be moe but not all moe can be loli.
A good example is Mikuru Asahina. Haruhi calls her a "moe" character. But Mikuru is not, nor looks like a preteen child because of her height and her breast size (for sure!) This makes her a "non-loli".
Examples of loli characters: Shana, Ink (Moetan), Komugi (Nurse Witch Komugi), Ichigo (Onegai Teacher) Nozomu (Kanokon) Chidori (Ayashi No Ceres) Ahiru (schoolgirl version) (Princess Tutu) Konata, Akira, and a bunch of others (Lucky Star)
What do these girls all have in common to make them loli?
They are all small in height and flat as a board! They are not actually children but they appear to look like them. "Legal lolis", you could call them. XD
Kokonoe Rin, Takamichi Nanoha, Kouyama Mitsuki, and Kinomoto Sakura (CCS) are also considered lolis because they are little girls under 13. "Lolita" literally means "young girl" or "girl who LOOKS young". In the other Nanoha series, she grows into an adult who looks her age, thus she is no longer a loli.
