I was wondering 'What the heck?' when I saw the wall for the first time. After looking at it for a bit, it didn't really seem so much as a weird wall to me. By the way, that's a lot of blood.

Looks more like catchup to me. Doesn't even look realistic for an anime. Hell, the guy looks like he's enjoying it.
