Has anyone seen this?

I just found out someone uploaded it on Youtube and I caught the first volume. Despite looking like it was made out of milk cartons, it's actually pretty unsettling and disturbing the more you read in to everything being said and start examining the guests. It's pretty solid horror because it's actually horror for a good, long while.

Not actually being an anime about Dr. House mixed with a horror fest, I am disappoint.
