Looking for a Good Horror Manga

Ok, I need some help. I'm looking for a good ghost story. Not too much gore (like excessive guts, I'm fine with limb chopping and blood pools), no zombies or vampires. I want a GHOST manga. I don't know of any really good ones so I was hoping someone here knew one. Extra thanks if you can find one that scares me
