ok i have media player classic, and i got an MKV movie with internal subs on it, but media player classic doesnt show the subs what do i do?

The default might be set on "none", just go to the video options and switch it to the one you want.
I believe in MPC it's: Navigate -> Subtitle Language, and you'll get a list of subtitle streams.

You could try VLC Media Player. It plays almost any video file as well, with almost no subtitle issues. Just a suggestion

I thought of that but from his description I assumed he was using a raw video with a sub translation file so I didn't comment. If that's not what you're doing you may also want to get the CCCP codex so you wont have any issues with any video file types you might encounter.
Or Mplayer. Handles any video containers and any external/internal subs. ( Well, if one was compiled fully. )
