On all day long but when im going to sleep i put it in sleep mode ;P which isnt really turning off ;P but its nearly turning off =)
Only a handful of times each day, as I always turn it off whenever it's not in use, even just for half an hour at a time ^^
It's a laptop, and actually I haven't shut it down for at least a month or so o.o' I only put it to sleep, not complete shut down because I want it already on when I wake up in the morning instead of waiting for it to load up. It only shuts down when I forget to plug in the charger lol
---Sorry I am currently inactive; very busy with this new Filipino school x.x they are seriously trying to kill me--

I typically leave it on for the day. If I'm going to be away I just set it to sleep mode. But I always shut it down at night.

My brother used to have a quad core processor in his PC and he operates it 24/7 except for maintenance. I wonder what happened to that quad core now...
Heh my computer is off only long enough to reboot O_o; every other week or so

I never let it turn off unless my father does it but my laptop never gets turned off because it's mine of course.

I just turn it off at night when I'm going to sleep ^^;
... but sometimes I forget to turn it off on weekends, when I don't use it..
I use it everyday, but I shut it off when I go out. Since it's a laptop, relatively new -and I take very good care of it. Wouldn't want it to die sooner than expected.
My lappy stays on unless I am sleeping, traveling to/from class, or at work/out of the house. ^_^''

I haven't turned my computer off in 4 years! lol I know I know I never did updates or anything and never got a virus even I can't believe my computer is still turned on without any problems o.O
Most of the day. I've totally burnt it out.
All day, and all night. And we use it almost all that time. and my other computer is on all day and all night but rarely used.
It's on when I'm using it then I put it into standby so technically all day and night
"I'd rather you hate me for everything I am
Than have you love me for something that I can't"
I leave it on for 10 days at a time, then shut it down for a full day, then repeat the same process :S
A few weeks at a time.
If it doesn't seem to be getting warm or lagging at all then I sometimes go for longer.
My Comp is shut down for updates and lightning storms. That's it.
hmmm in the total hours of a day i would guess around 3-5 hours
