Honestly, I pretty much like any Japanese artists. Only a few of 'em I hate but not to the point where I remember their names.
Oh and Nujabes is a favourite of mine, R.I.P man.
Not so much as before, anymore. ;/ It died out two years ago.
I did listen to a selective amout of JRock and JPop such as NewS, Kanjani8, Perfume, Ayabie, Versailles, Phantasmagoria, etc.
Again, it died out. idk, I listen to them every now and then. While my friends talk about them, I talk to my best friend to the other stuff I listen to and its only between me and her. Thats it, and I want to keep it that way honestly. I want to be the different one. ;o
I'm quite a fan of Japanese music!
Once for a talent show I got up and sung random Japanese songs, most of them from animes. It was funny because I was also wearing an anime style mini-skirt XD
Some of my favourite Japanese bands are:
ON/OFF
Orange Random
Maximum the Hormone
and many more... I just can't think of them right now.
I can't even list all the Japanese music that I listen to, and a lot of them are music artists that not so popular. I'll just name a handful.

Japanese along with Korean music is what I mainly listen to. Here are a couple of my favorite singers/bands and will try to refrain from listing Korean singers since lately they've been flooding the Japanese music market in the recent years.

Ayumi Hamasaki

Utada Hikaru
KOTOKO
Ami Suzuki
Shiro Sagisu

And commenting on a previous post...I wouldn't consider Gackt a pop singer but rather a Jrock singer...he's too light to be considered hard rock but too heavy to be really pop music. Now if it was a band like alice nine. or UVERworld then I might agree with the pop genre.
I love Japanese music I listen too
The Gazette
Vistlip
Their so awesome ^^
