Clannad confues me the first time I watched it, but it`s not wierd.
Then I watched it some more times and I understood it XD
It was the end of After Story that made me most confused :P

But the storyline is good

It's not the most confusing, but let's take a second to consider Naruto.

Basically 80% of all guys on the show are perverts who like it when little boys do jutsus that make them appear to be females.

You've got a highly powerful ninja who moonlights as a writer of smutty books (Jiraiya) and spends his days doing "research" for these books, which consists of peeping on girls 30 or so years his junior when they are taking baths, playing in water or just walking down random roads.

You've got another powerful ninja who trains little kids on how to be great ninja, all the while never letting go of a copy of "Makeout Paradise", written by the aforementioned pervert (Kakashi).

You've got your standard run-of-the-mill Trap, who spent his time traveling around with an older dude and being his "tool". (Haku)

And to end this list, you've got a man obsessed with snakes and doing experiments on people. When not licking his lips while talking, he likes stealing peoples bodies (male or female) so that it can grant him a sort of immortality. Also spent a fair deal of his adult life chasing after a young boy so that he could have his body (Orochimaru).

Naruto hides it's more adult stuff better, cause it uses it for comedy (that usually isn't funny).

If you want a better example, there are plenty of disturbing fanservice shows filled with lolis out there. Then you have.....Kuroshitsuji.

That series is filled with so many man x boy love undertones that it becomes disturbing.

Lol, yeah, Loveless is.....@_@ Soubi's such a creeper!! Yuiko and Ritsuka are a much better couple! They're the same age at least.... and Yuiko isn't all touchy-feely with him because "his big brother told her to love him" or any crap like that.
