Oh my goodness! I have a lot of favorites! I'd have to say besides Chibiusa from Sailormoon, my other favorite manga character would have to be Maron Kusakabe from Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne. I adore her! If you haven't read the Kaitou Jeanne manga or seen the anime, I highly recomend it if you are into magical girl type series.
