Well, that's good. I finished an essay yesterday on why crime is so prevalent and what we can do to prevent it.
That's easy, I can sum it up in three words. People are stupid.
We were born in a racist society...a society where "Whites" were associated with being "honest and pure" while "Africans" were "beastlike" and Asians were "devious" in nature. Native Americans were considered "red savages".
Racism still goes on but that is only one reason why crime is prevalent...Gangs are another reason...gang initiation, especially.
Racism, ignorant and stupid. Gangs, just plain stupid.

Crime happens when people are young and immature and stupid. Like what happened to me. And also because they are actually psychotic enough to commit crimes like rape and murder. As for racism, it is stupid. People in my country are racist against indians or foreign workers. It's not fair, but yeah...

It's not just the youth who are to blame. There are more adult arrests (18 and up) then there are juvenile arrests. To be more specific, there are more adult males being arrested.

You know, I used to be a real quiet person. I used to be the one always picked on in school and I never knew how to fight back without taking any violent action. My first fight was one I regret wholly. I got two weeks OSS and was forced to head to anger management classes during those two weeks.
I could never come to rape someone...such carnal knowledge makes me sick. I protect my friends from that as a result...well, the ones that are women, of course.
It is sick. I think you'd have to be really sick in the head to do that. Well would you protect them if you didn't think that way?
I am really violent, but it's getting better now.

You being violent and me being violent are two different things.
My first fight involved me hitting on a taken girl. I fought her boyfriend. We bloodied each other up but as I went to deliver the endgame to him, she stepped into the crossfire and I ended up breaking her nose instead.
Lol. Ouch. So I guess you won, if it matters in the end.

No, Riiko...I didn't win. I fought a guy and ended up breaking his girlfriend's nose because she interfered. That's my defeat. If you're talking in a physical sense, then yeah, I won the fight. I don't fight anymore unless it is for a martial arts competition. I'd rather use my proficiency in Tae Kwon Do and Tang Soo Do there. Protecting my friends is a different matter but so far no dangers have been present.
...yeah missed that out. You broke the nose of the girl that you liked o_O okay...so all I can say is Ouch for her.
I guess those skills Would be put to good use if there was danger.
