Computer heat

Hey, idk what's wrong with my dad's laptop, cause, it's running nothing else than Avast! and Internet Explorer, but still it get's hell hot, the fan is nothing with, but idk what is wrong, has this ever happened to you?
It can be warm as touching a space-heater on 75% warmth.

Well there could be lots of reasons why it is getting hoter then it should. First of all the older for factors in most manufactured laptops had the memory slots under the key so it was not close to most fans thus causing that area and the entire system to heat up very quickly. Rather now like on my laptop the memory is underneath the on the bottom closer to the hard drive also closer to one of the main system fans.
The other thing that could be doing it is the amount of proccesses at any given time. You said you only have 2 applications running though you may habe a bunch of unseeded processes running at the same time. This makes the CPU have to work harder to get that info to the ram. These tow working hard like that cause them to get very hot and then you should hear your fan9s0 kick into high gear as the system increase ther rpm of them to accommodate the heat.
If the processes are all impotent as in stopping them would cause a program or Windows from running right then you can always just put the computer on something in between your lap and the computer while leaving part of the side with the fan off the pad so it can vent.

Laptops are just naturally hot for the most part.

The real thing you may have to worry about would be if the actual computer overheats itself. Most computers usually shut themselves off when that happens. So unless you get a bluescreen and it shuts off just put something between you and the laptop.

^ Tried many time's, it's NEVER been a Bluescreen on it, it just shuts down, putting something under won't solve that, i can run NOTHING, but still get's very warm, i used to play WoW on it, took 5-10 minutes or more for it to overheat and shut down.

Also, my stationary, is pretty wierd, it starts to "BEEEP", so annoying, if i don't restart computer, it shuts down like you take out the cable. O-O

This should make this as easy on you as it is for me to copy and paste this. Next time say its overheating and shutting down otherwise people assume you are just complaining about the heat.

Time for a new laptop
Many of the cheap ones are made to be disposable anyway :\
You could try cleaning it, but with some laptops that can be a chore, and maybe even difficult to do.

I don't use it that much really, but some time's, i have to, if their's no electricity it's good, but it's pretty annoying it shuts down when it's just a little bit warmer than usuall, bah, then i gonna get a fan and put it at the side of it. : p

Well that may help though a large fan will cause dust to blow all over and in it. That will cause it to get even harder to cool as dust will build up inside the vents. Though I have heard of people doing that just make sure it is a small enough fan and that it is not pointed directly at the laptop.
