Darkness And Light

I'm feeling a little weird tonight so I'm going to write a poem. I hope everyone likes it.

Darkness And Light

Eternal Darkness or everlasting light?
One serves as a malicious fight
The other as an unbelievable sight
A battle rages and their powers are shown bright

Heaven or hell, which to choose?
It seems to me, they both lose
Light is defeated for being too kind
Darkness is gone because its always in a bind

Darkness or light, which is more?
Light consumes hate and gore
Darkness consumes all and never bores
Both seem oblivious to whats in store

Heaven or hell, which will know?
Light brings forth knowledge bestowed
Darkness is colder and meaner than snow
All will be gone and it will never show

Is the world coming to its end?
War never ceases and the land doesn't mend
Heaven shuns the war but can't stop it
Hell encourages the war, a powerful scent

War is here, what happens next?
Bodies are blown and everything is hexed
The smell of burning flesh is everywhere
No survivors in this futile war, the horrid scent fills the air

Darkness or light, which is right?
Light offers care and wisdom, protection from dark
Darkness offers destruction and ill emotions
Both are oblivious of whats to come

Humanity is the all knowing destructor of us all
Nothing we can do to stop it, is there?

Kinda bad compared to my other recent ones, I know.

What do you mean kinda bad! I thought is was soooooo goooood! All the questions everyone ever asks about heaven or hell, and even the part about pondering on which one of them is the right place to be going, all those important and brain busting questions are in there. then you added the part about war in the world and thats another important debate going on, and on top of that you were able to make it ryme. I don't know about anyone else but, I LIKE IT!!!!! ALOT!!!!
