It all depends on how much you're going to work towards obtaining that self-disapline, how much you're willing to work your will towards that goal, whatever it may be, and if you think it is even worth working towards.
I am no more a rose than I am its thorns.
No more a gentle breeze than I am the hailing storm.
I am no more hated than I am loved.
And I am no more heartfilled than I am heartless.
This is who I am.

hockey. it takes all the strength i have to not beat the living crap out of the opposing team. it requires skill, will, and power. i recommend it so long as you can contain or learn to contain violence.
running is also another one. and not treadmill running or track running, i mean running around your town. cross country but on roads. it takes self discipline to keep running on a hot summer day and there's a steep hill you have to go up. lots of motivation too...

Do a pavlov's and shock yourself with a tazer whenever you do something you know you shouldn't.
The rewards of tolerance are treachery and betrayal.
Replace your puny human emotions with cold logic. It's what I did.
You'll want to begin by reading up on classical stoicism (they had some strange ideas, but the core ideas are quite solid), and then proceed with studying logic, and rhetoric.
Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
Start on Papua, New Guinea, and build up from there?
Stop watching anime where they say pointless things like that and join a manly sport like MMA or chess boxing.
Well this all depends on what you want to do with your will power and self discipline.
A big factor is motivation. Most people will get really excited about something and make these big commitments then fall through when there intrest waynes.
My advice would be to set goals and keep them visable and attainable.
Keep reminding yourself why it is that your doing whatever needs to be done.
Myself I used to have trouble finding motivation to go to the gym and run.
So what I would do is MAKE myself go there and start then after I started if i really wasnt into in after 10-20 minutes id stop. But allways make that first effort. Thats half the battle.
You generally find once you get started you just keep going.
Another thing I would do, I put up a picture of this really toned muscular guy that I wanted to look like (Body wise his face was way ugly) and looked at it everytime I couldnt be bothered to go to the gym then I made myself look in the mirror without a shirt on and usually that got me the motivation.
Hope this helps.

I'd say stop whining on online discussion forums and man up my friend, or follow Spoc...Eris' logical advice.

You need 3748200 more Experience Points to increase those.
Well that depends on the person really. I think also one is born with a strong will it's not really something that can be taught to you, you just need to learn what your main goals are and then create your will. By that I mean will is referring to the ability to fight against the fact that you may not be able to do the task. Overcoming the task means you have a strong will.
Example: My friend quit smoking.
That means he had the will power to say he did not need the sigs even though he was addicted to them.
