I just got back from a hotel. I know it was one day before but it was the best I could do for my gf and I. We did lots of things even went swimming. We mostly watched the discovery channel on the hotel's Cable Network.

Well, my aunt, her husband, and their baby came down from San Jose, so we had to go to my grandparent's house AGAIN (we went yesterday and spent a good seven boring hours there). Then we went to our uncle's for a BBQ, a good three hours? Now we're leaving to dinner in about an hour. Hectic, hectic.

No, the day holds no special significance for me. I try to treat significant others like royalty all year, not just on some random day in February.

This holiday is CRAP. It is so full of goddamn commercialism and capitalism and Americanism and CRAP. Like, barf. I mean look it all the useless CRAP people buy for each other and it doesn't mean ANYTHING. You don't need to buy stuff for people to make them love you! That is so lame! OH YEAH CHRISTMAS SUCKS TOO. I GET SO MUCH MORE USELESS CRAP ON CHRISTMAS. Like those stupid socks filled with candy and chocolate and other small useless things. I do like those little Frango things though. Those are bomb.

And don't even get me started on how you should treat your partner on a daily basis. You don't need a designated day to treat someone special. If you do, you have entirely missed the point. Like birthdays. Those are like the same thing. People shouldn't get a whole cake just on one day out of the entire year. People should get a whole cake every day.

Basically Valentine's Day, Christmas, and Birthdays all suck.

The day went as any other day. I blacked out at nine am and woke up at 2 30 pm. As for what happened after that the day went by so fast all I remember was eating rolled tacos.

Don't feel bad, same here. Course, a few friends will be doin the usual weekly visit, probably wish me a happy b-day. Otherwise, I'll probably be spending a few hours attending a couple guys comin by to look at my roommate's girlfriends car which is for sale.

I'm so happy. Today my dad is making breakfast and I'm seeing my loving friends tonight, and my fiance will be with me allllll day. <3!

BTW- For any of you that might be anti-Valentines because "blah blah stores sell heart stuff and love should be year-round blah blah" just because people on Facebook are being silly and created silly Anti-Vday. I agree with you! Love should be everyday, not just one day of the entire year. But there is a day for love, just like there is a celebrations for mothers, fathers, cancer awareness, veterans awareness and it's only a celebration, not trying to imply that this is the ONLY day for love celebrations. Just like we don't only love our parents ONE day out of a whole year. We don't only worry about people with breast cancer or veterans one day out of the year. Ugh, just annoyed, no biggie.
