I just pretend like Valentine's day is any other regular day, for one, because I'm always single because I chose to be, I don't need a relationship at my age, and secondly, the whole lovey-dovey scene is not my thing.

Eh, i'm not big on vday, but it's nice to give something to someone you care about -- if you have a certain someone during this day, that is.
Other than that, it's just like any other day.

Tomorrow, Valentine's Day, I'm going to have four hot dates.
We're going to Jack In The Box, then it's off to the movies to see Valentine's day! Then, once I come back, I will party with my three hot e-valentines! : B
Well I date long distance so there isn't much I can do for valentines day.
I plan spending the day talking to my bf and having him call. I don't care for valentines (The candy rules, expect for the random tooth paste chocolates )
but it's nice having someone to share it with.
Valentine's Day in general is dumb, highly commercialized. Really most holidays are just an excuse for retailers to tell you to spend money. And it works.
I have a very lovely girlfriend right now. I'll be going by her house after church on V-day. She will make me homemade lasagna (omg epic win!), then we're gonna have a warm and comfy sleepover. Come Monday we are heading over to Universal Studios for some all day frolicking. Should be buckets of fun.

vd is one of the foodservice big 3, along with mothers day and new years eve, so my night has been pretty miserable thus far. and one of the local colleges had a formal tonight so they are comin in hammered and being obnoxious.... yeah. today= fail. come 7 am...i'm hittin the sheets real hard
vd + foodservice = crab cakes with a special vd milkshake? Does that come with a toy?
no toy and no milkshake. crab cake is garnished with compound m(derkyder)r. penicillin is for desert.

Nothing. I would be with my girlfriend but she is in a different state so I will be celebrating it alone but fortunately i will be with my friends. I'm not sad about the day anymore. I know I have a girlfriend and all but that is not really the issue. When February came by, i looked up what the holiday is all about and i found out the true meaning of it. Sure, it has become highly commercialized like christmas, but I think a lot of us forget what the true meaning is and that is the remembrance of Saint Valentine and the wonderful love that is created in marriage. Today, i celebrate my parents and other couples that i know that are married and treasure their love, but ultimately, look foreword to that one day when i can share in it to.

Don't feel bad, same here. Course, a few friends will be doin the usual weekly visit, probably wish me a happy b-day. Otherwise, I'll probably be spending a few hours attending a couple guys comin by to look at my roommate's girlfriends car which is for sale.
If I had my way,,, I would be in hiding, LOL.
