i'm so angry!

so my favorite watering hole stopped selling newcastle. this made me upset. what made me even more upset was what they replaced it with: rolling rock. so i filled out a comment card and told them if they didn't bring it back that i was going to take my saucing business elsewhere. they haven't brought it back, and i haven't been in there.

i went into the local pizza hut today.....and they sell newcastle. every restaurant in town sells it. why does my bar not have it? how much sense does this make? if every restaurant in town has it by the bottle, it obviously is a decent seller.

i realize that most of you don't care, but i can't contain my anger. i've ranted about this to my mom, brother, sister, all of my friends, waitresses at my former bar, and you better believe it's been all over facebook. i feel like my heart has been ripped out of my chest and ripped in half

That is harsh man, Though I have had things like that happen to me where my favorite store stops selling products I like. It really sucks cuz the truth is the big business dose not care like they say anymore. This applies to bars as well as any store really.

Why not buy it from another bar and drink it at yours?

well the bar 3 blocks down the street has it....but it just doesn't feel the same. all the memories, the good times and the bad, moving to a new bar is like moving to a new city

I remember that. I like Killian's Red a lot, and the one place I frequented stopped stocking it, in favor of that lime Miller crap. I stopped going.

I do most of my misbehavior and bad judgment these days at home, though.

the corporate american beers...or what used to be american beers, are just terrible. if i'm gonna drink cheap, i'm drinkin pbr. i used to drink a lot of malt liquor, but that stuff turns me into a bad man.
