I have just started to watch anime again, about 10 years ago i had seen a movie with a man and a mutant or alien teaming up to fight other mutants which are murdering humans in the end they find out they were teamed up because they were the only 2 whose dna would be compatible with each other so they could breed could someone please tell me the title thank you for your time

yes they both had human forms and they also wore suits kind of what you would expect from the secret service

yes she was in female form with black hair and quite hot

well i found out it was an awesome old anime it is called wicked city and i recommend watching it, it was dubbed and released by the same company that did AKIRA
