I would've requested to open my previous thread...but then, it's already post #190. 10 more and I would make a new one anyway lol xD

So I've been really inactive in sigmaking, but after seeing some inspiring artworks (sigs/fanart/wall/etc) I decided to try it out once again

Anywayyyy, here's 2 of my new ones



(and rofl, should've calculated the size a bit more... the sig is cut when I pasted it on my sig space, plus, too big a size is slowing down loading time @_@ )

and the text on the second one does too
blurred text never works imo.

YET, you have a really unique style and it's SUPER refreshing.

I dunno...border-less looks good, but the size sucks. I tried cropping it down, but it looks worse O_o;;

Border gives it a nice movie-like finish, but it looks less as powerful than the unbordered one @_@

For the latest, I like the non border version, and I"m typically a border lover. The composition seems more powerful without the border, and I don't see any problems wit the size

The big uka langley text infront of the girl is too blurred, thats not good when it`s infront you know.
The Shake sig made me well shake my eyes, but I guess thats what you want with it XD
With border on the newest is best, without looks too empty.

Everything is good in your newest one except for the colorful text you choose. I love the font, but I don't think the rainbow colors go with thhe fall theme. The background smudging looks amazing. Smudging takes such a long and difficult time to do and learn in my opinion, so I give props to you for making such a great background with smudges.

I agree. The colour for 'shake' is too colourful it actually hurts my eyes. *_* The 'Wind Power' one is good though. The background matches well with the girl. Nice job!

Amazingful as usual, but don't overuse that leaf brush! On the latest, I'd try putting more details to the leaves, as they stick out too much :3

I really like the whole "movie finish" of this sig. I think its kind of neat how even though this sig is a bit digressed from your usual bright colors, you still managed to leave an Unleh mark with the text. And its pretty subtle so it doesn't really seem out of place either. Very smart, creative little touch right there. Now update some more.

I was actually aiming for a moving effect on the text (using motion blur)... I think the extra-blur might've been a slightly wrong angle of motion blur that made it look awkward. Next time I'll try that effect, I'll keep that in mind ^_^

Anyway, here's 2 new ones

Had to use a C4D and blurred it, didn't turn out pretty good though. Honestly saying, I had HELL with this signature. Because this sig has given me so much pain, I HAVE to use it to return the favor D< Also used a lightning stock picture.

Here's another one (it took me 2 damned hours, but should actually just take a 10-20 minutes to make. Originally planned out as a vector, but after a long struggle, it somehow transformed to a different style)

I quite like it :D It looked so plain before. That is, until I used some colored lighting, which made it POP a lot more

As for these latest recent ones, I'm not really sure. They just don't seem to have that "oomph' most of your older works seem to have. Maybe you're a bit rusty? xD

Oh hey! That tutorial might just help! I'll try using this when I'm in the mood for smudging then :3 (modifying a smudge tag is just so much work!)
and yes, I like large borders. It depends on the end result though.

I'd have to disagree with you on not-busy-enough. lol. I think its plenty busy and any more would probably be too distracting actually. I liked the first version better because the balance of negative space on the left side looks really nice. On the edit version, the added stuff does give the signature nice depth though, so its good too. Overall, awesome siggy!

As for the tutorial one, lovely. I just can't stop looking at it. So prettiful! <3
