Zombieland

A cowardly shut-in named Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) is forced to join up with a seasoned zombie slayer named Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) in order to survive the zombie apocalypse. As Tallahassee sets out on a mission to find the last Twinkie on Earth, the duo meets up with Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin), two young girls who have resorted to some rather unorthodox methods to survive amidst the chaos. I saw it last night...
It was awesome.

This was my first scary-ish movie I'd seen since The Grudge (I say scary-ish because it's really a comedy).

The zombies are great. I loved every single character and it was so funny. Best movie I've seen in awhile.

This movie is ballin'.

When I heard about this movie, the first thing that popped up in my mind was Shaun of the Dead. I totally loved that movie and hoping to see Zombieland will be as good as Shaun of the Dead.

I'm expecting it to be better than Shaun of the Dead, since that movie was brittish. And we all know the British usually suck at movie making.

It's HILARIOUS.

Oh man. To all those who replied in this thread so far: You guys have too high of expectations for this movie. You WILL be disappointed. All those who thought Zombieland would be as good or better than Shaun of the Dead were very disappointed.

Do not get me wrong. I loved this movie a lot but that's because I watched it not knowing anything about it. It was very hilarious and not scary at all. It contained lots of gore though, which I didn't really mind. I recommend everyone to watch it. Very entertaining. Just remember, have low expectations for it, then you'll be able to enjoy.

I'm planning on watching it again soon.

I want to see it. Just because I always go to the theme park where some of it was filmed. One of the rides they showed in the trailer killed my phone ;_; so I wanna go see it knock out zombies :]

Well, a lot of my friends are telling me to see it and saying its a great movie. I hope its worth my wild because I am paying too see it.

I saw it last night too and thought it was awesome! I laughed the whole movie but a lot of the zombie scenes were actiony/made me anxious. It was like an action, horror, and mostly comedy movie.

I guess i's worth a peek. It's not like it can be worse than the fail 'scary' zombie movies I've seen.

I thought it was a good movie, very funny.

I loved the final scene, how it was set up in an amusement park! (yay for coaster obsession!)

I thought this movie have an amazing soundtrack, especially the intro!

ANNND I'm going to see this movie again this weekend, hopefully... I want to go in the night time but tickets are expensive at night.. hm. Oh well, it's worth it to see it at night though cuz it's ZOMBIES, eh?

I thought it was awesome ... I went to see it on opening weekend. The local theater had the "extra large" print of the film, so they had to use their IMAX facility to show it ... just added to the fun. I liked it primarily because it wasn't your typical "everybody's going to die and life sucks" zombie movie, it had at least a little bit of humor and hope at the ending. And it's also eminently quotable, probably supplying us with the catchphrase of 2009 ("Time to nut up or shut up").
