Your thoughts on Basilisk?

Just fetched a cheap used copy of the complete series, and I'm starting it tonight.

Any fans of the series on here? Or those that hate it? Positive and negative input welcome.

I enjoyed the Basilisk series. It follows the novel pretty well wilth a few extra scenes. Twenty ninjas, ten on both sides, each one has a different ability. My only complaint is that a couple of really good characters got killed pretty early after beinmg introduced and we didn't get to see much of them but overall it is a very good series.
