You need to learn to follow instructions. LadyPSerenity has told you this is not your personal complaint forum. Your own personal gripes and issues are not the problem of the rest of the site. Also, it is usually a bad idea to re-create a thread that a senior staff member or site admin has closed.
So don't do it again. Closed.
