In the event it is a typo, That could be true, but it's still a paradox. He's saying that everything he says is a lie, so no matter what everything is a lie must be false.
Possible options:
-Everything he says is the truth
-Nothing he says is a lie
-Everything he doesn't say is a lie
-Everything he says is not a lie
I don't see an in between here. Something is not the opposite of everything.
