Who would you like to take into battle with you?

Well, as the title says...who would you want to go into battle with you and why?

It can be anyone you want but please list a reason other than he/she/it is awesome!!! Anybody from any anime, game, show, etc.

Me? I'd take Caim from Drakengard (Drag-On Dragoon). I chose him mostly because of his intensity (the fact that he has a dragon is a bonus).

I know that if I were to take Caim to battle, he'd be sure to slaughter each and every soldier he comes across and his dragon Angelus could be able to drive off any flying creatues (unless there are a bunch of archers or spellcasters). Also, he will fiercely protect his friends and will come to the rescue if I experience trouble.

Lastly, he will never give up until he is killed.

1.) Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII)
- As one of the most upstanding villains of the 20th century, he was one of the first to come to my mind as one whom I would gladly welcome as a part of my team. His overall bloodthirst and merciless attitude on the battlefield leaves little to be desired; and his sword, the legendary "Masamune", has untold lives held onto its proverbial edge.

2.) Hiei (Yu Yu Hakusho)
- While loyal and, sometimes, compassionate to his allies; on the battlefield, he's a merciless swordsman with the power of fire to turn his enemies into ash. 'Nuff said.

3.) Jin (Samurai Champloo)
- An extremely adept swordsman with the uncanny ability to almost never lose his glasses while in the midst of battle. What more can a guy ask for in a comrade in arms? x.X

4.) Hawkeye Mihawk (One Piece)
- Strongest swordsman in the world. Need I say more? No.

Powerhouses:
1.) Kamina & Simon
- Do I really need to say it? Two of the perhaps most awesomest characters in an anime in the last half a decade with the inner strength and darn near unlimited fighting spirit to take on the whole 'friggin universe. How much more power do ya think ya need on a waring battlefield?

2.) Roy Mustang (Full Metal Alchemist)
- Although his hair cut is a little too short for my taste, his ability to lay waste to a battlefield with but a snap of his fingers is quite appealing to me. As an experienced veteran of his own personal war, he has just the kind of experience and coolheaded leadership I'd want on the front line.

Intelligence:
1.) Lelouch vi Britannia (Code Geass)
- Darn near one of the most brilliant tactical minds I've ever see in an anime. His specialized abilities and Geass powers have laid waste to countries and the entire world, and I wouldn't settle to not have him on my team.

Well, if I'm losing the battle then Yachiru's nice nature would awaken my spirit and I would fight to the end.

No joke, he would seriously do damage upon the enemy team. And well if I need to kill someone to save me and my team, elmo is the one.

My Tough/Deadly Army Warriors

- Goku
With my cute/funny warriors literally dying, goku would even the odds. I would feel save having him around.

- Triple H
A very good wwe wrestler, this dude can put up a fight and maybe he would be the big hero among my army.

- Luke Skywalker
I'll need him, he's good with a lightsabor and also very helpful.

Why not? He's a nice distraction and always seems to get out alive so he would help my team.

Magic: Well I wouldn't call this magic but ninjutsu I'd take Sasuke Uchiha into battle do to his powerful fire based attacks and sharigan
Other: Nami (from One Piece) her navigation skills are unbeatable but thats all that would come in handy >.>
