Shinpei Nakayama: Drums (of ストレイテナー)

The Predators are a “super-group” formed as a side-project by members of some very well-know bands. Yamanaka and JIRO formed the band due to a mutual influence by American grunge band Nirvana, with Shinpei Nakayama of ストレイテナー joining them soon after. They play a blend of rock and grunge with heavy influence from Nirvana, but also including styles similar of their own respective bands. The band has released two EPs, Hunting!!!! in 2005, and Kiba wo Misero in 2008. Because of the heavy touring schedules of each member for their respective bands, the band had no activity between 2006 and the 2008 release of Kiba wo Misero, and only began touring in late 2008.
