What 20th century decade would you want to live in (and where)?

I think I'd enjoy the '20s in Europe (prohibition put spoiled the fun in the US). Wonderful time to be young and rich in.

I dunno, the '20s in America would also be great if I could get in on Lovecraftian happenings, which makes up for the prohibition. And besides, with Prohibition comes moonshining, speakeasies, and gangsters! You can't tell me that wouldn't be fun!

I would say the one I did live in, the 90's. I really have no particular reason just that it was some good times. Though I was very little for most of it.

for the whole 20th century, we were either in war or under commies. if i have to choose, i'd say 90s, so i don't have to wait for the 21st for too long.

70s is the perfect time and atmosphere for me. I like a lot of their music, and perfect time to be a kid.

Probably 1920's in Europe. Come on, the literature and the art of that time period (mainly surrealism, dadaism, and all that)! I love that stuff. The Roarin' Twenties/ Age of Anxiety is where I want to be.

They have Anime in the '80s and '90s. Since you get to choose where you want to spend the decade (as a native), you could simply choose one of those decades in Japan.
