What was your age when you picked your first alcoholic drink/cigarette?

Hmm.. Well I've never fully smoked.. I've just tried it a few times and the first was at about... Age 12/13. But yuck. Why people wanna smoke, I do not know o_0

I first drank some alcohol (just an average alcopop) at probably the same age. I tried lager at 15 (Disgusting)
And I recently got into cider. Yumyum
I'm only 17 (so not particulary old) but I'm legal to drink at 18 anyways. Which is in October. Woooo ^__^

I smoked at the age of 12 . But I wasn't an addict I tried it a few times then stopped, then when I was 13 I had it a few times again and stopped lol.
I've had a drink once, when I was 14 .

But I don't drink/smoke now.

I was about 15 or 16 the first time I tried a cigarette. Back then I didnt evne know how to inhale one and tried swallowing the smoke instead of breathing it in haha xD. Now I smoke quite often and enjoy it :]

As for my first drink, I had a sip of beer when I was really young like 9 or 10. Then I didnt actually get drunk till I was about 19. I had rum and coke at an ex-bf's house. I didn't know my limit and ended up drinking so much I litterally fainted and woke up 4 hours later on his couch. To this day I still have no clue what the heck happend..... >.>;;

The first time I drank was right before I went into high school, so I was 13 going on 14. I have never smoked a cigarette though. A couple of times I smoked a cigar.

I picked my first cigarette when i was 5 or 6, no kidding. It was an almost burnt-out cigarette but still had the embers, a friend of mine and I picked and puffed it up. But don't get me wrong, back then we never knew how to smoke so we never inhaled it.

My first taste of alcohol came a little earlier. Back then, when the men in the family were having their drinking sessions they always poured a little amount of their drinks in the reverse side of a bottle crown and made me drink it.

I never really became a drinker and a smoker until i was 14...

I've never smoked and likely never will. The very smell gives me horrendous headaches =/ Though I have suspicions that this is a psychological reaction from my mother saying the smell gives HER headaches. None of my siblings smoke either, and we all complain of the same reaction. Go figure.

I had my first drink at 18, on my first visit out here. So I was legal XD I've never developed much of a taste for it, though. I've never been drunk, and have maybe A drink once every few months. If that frequently. If I'm out drinking socially I tend to nurse the same drink for hours on end.

hmmm my first cigarette was at 16 at a high school football game as for drinking i must of had my first either 15 or 16 i cant remember. But im gonna quit smoking soon because im doing it for a girl, she dosent know but i dont want her to find out so.

Well, my dad used to drink "Moose" beers when he was on the computer, playing MechWarrior or something. We used to play that together, we rocked at it. Anyways, when I was 5/6 and my mom wasn't around, he'd pour a little bit into the cap and let me drink it. Afterwards, I kept laughing and tripping. I had like 2 or 3 capfulls.

My first smoke? Well, personally, I'm too scared to smoke. When I was about 10, my mom had to go to the hospital. She was having trouble breathing (she smoked since she was about 13) and she might not have made it. But, she did. My aunt, smokes a BUNCH. She also drinks quite often and does most drugs. She's really messed up, and seeing her just scares me out of doing any. If you listen to her, she coughs after every few words, and she can't even talk right because she's so buzzed. The smell of smoke makes me feel sick, and it gives me a headache. Basically, I won't smoke due to that. I don't want to end up like my aunt, and the incident with my mom made me too terrified to even think about smoking.

Drink? 22. Well, technically 5, but it was only 1 can and I didn't even know what alcohol was back then.

Smoke? Never, and I never will. It's filthy and disgusting enough when I see other people do it. No thanks.

I remember I was 16 when I first picked the first alcoholic drink. It was the fruity kind tho. Although I did get drunk, but I couldn't help it, because it tasted very juicy xD And I remember the first time I tried the first cigarette was when I was 9 years old. But, I didn't get addicted to try the second one =D

I never tried a cigarette and I dont plan to at the moment. I only drink if Im at a party or if Im just with some friends. I mainly drink beer (Corona and Bud Light). Also tried other drinks, like Screwdrivers, Coke and Scotch, and Seven and 7.

Yuck. The best beer I've tried is Sam Adams Boston Lager. It's the only beer I can tolerate.

Beer is gross. It tastes like they strained the runoff from a landfill through a flowerpot and then bottled it.

Drank my first beer/wine when I was very little. Not that was no zip. Didn't start getting drunk until 17. And it's terribly overrated.

I had my first drink at the age of sixteen, when we went down to Mexico, since its legal there to drink at that age. I had a pino colada best served drink ever. I also had a corona which tasted like zesty lemon, and had an acquired taste for Corona products, and soon I tried Boston Lager, thought that was the best one out of all of them.

I've never smoked before, never will. It gives me headaches.

My dads been giving me sips of his beer for longer than i can remember lol (it was 9% as well lol). So probably about 5. Tried a cigarette a few years back and it was sick. But ive been around family that have smoked my whole life so have probably passively been smoking for years. My advice would be to stay away from tobacco but the ocassional beer wont do you any harm (although both alcohol and tobacco are both worse for you than cannabis is). Just stay away from Budweiser. Its horrible. Tastes like someone has soaked some granny curtains in water and fermented it.
