Last Goodbye

This is my last chance,
to keep you here with me.
I have to hold on tight,
to stop the last goodbye.

You'll leave if I let go,
I'll have to say goodbye . . .

But my grip is slipping,
off your wet t-shirt,
because I am falling,
out cold in the rain.

A warmness surrounds me,
open my eyes and see a bed . . .

Slowly, I stand up.
I have to find you,
I can't let you go,
I can't stop loving you.

Because ever since I first saw you,
I knew you were the one . . .

I'm lightheaded, I start falling,
but an arm is there to hold me up.
So strong and warm,
you stand beside me.

I look into your eyes, worry fills them.
I ask, what's wrong, you smile. . .

Nothing, nothing's wrong,
you hold me close,
and say you love me.
I'm confused.

Why would you say that?
I thought you were leaving . . .

Look outside, and it's not raining.
The sun is shining bright.
You're staring down at me,
I don't have to say goodbye.

Because you love me too,
you won't say goodbye. . .

Awwww, such a sad poem in my eyes. I liked it and I can see why your having a lot of troubles "if your poem is based on the troubles ". Well, I liked the poem and each stanza was unique in different ways. Good job Tsuki :]
