What old media/technology do you still use?

Do you still use/have any "old" kinds of media/technology?

For example, these were all I could think of right now:

Zip drives
Floppy disks
LD/LD players
CD's/CD players
VHS tapes/players
Answering machines
Records/record players
Audio cassette tapes/players
8-track cassette tapes/players

... etc.

I still have a collection of old VHS tapes (that I rarely play), but it's only because I didn't get to transfer them to DVD yet, and also because I have a DVD/VHS combo player, so I can play both.

I also have an old polaroid camera from the 80's. I don't use it, but somehow I find it interesting to keep. :3

My parents have an actual answering machine, AND my mother keeps one of my (very) old Fisher Price tape recorders with the big huge buttons around for some reason.

I have a Gameboy Color I found at a thrift shop. I won'y actually play it until I get a Pokemon game for it.

I have a ...VCR! Also, quite a collection of VHS tapes, cassettes, and a cassette player. Also, I still have all my CD's and my CD player can still play.

I have several other pieces of 'old technology', but I don't use 'em. I just can't bring myself to throw them away.

EDIT: Forgot my Gameboy Color, which I use to play Pokemon Silver.

I use music CD's and VHS tapes (old movie collection). Sometimes I use a lantern I have when I need to go to the bathroom late at night. It makes going #1 feel like an adventure. It would be nice if I still had my San Diego Zoo fanny pack.

Sometimes when I'm at my parents place I use a VHS player for some movies I only have on VHS.
Also when I visit my parents I use my old LP player.

I wouldn't really consider CD's an old media since they're still used for several purposes. Either way, I still use them.

I've recently also used old cassette and 8-tracks players in studio in an attempt to give my productions vintage sound, but I don't listen to cassettes anymore.

Also, the other day I used a old school brick Gameboy to sample some tunes from Donkey Kong Island 2 for a beat.

uif got like 3 GameBoy colors and most of those old pokemon games lieing in the corner, lol even a vintage pikachu case and also i big collection of VHS and a player for them.
Also i got a few black and white gameboys i forgot what they are called gameboy mini's??? and even an one of those fat gray gameboy's, but i never touch any of this stuff.

PS. i traded all my cassettes for a anime collection lol WAS WORTH IT!

I have my Gameboy Color. Two of its buttons are mashed and the sound system's gone. It's been like that for umm... 5-6 years? I got mine on April 2001.

Holy smokes, I used to have one of those, a Gameboy Pocket, AND one of the old brownish-gray brick Gameboys. I wish I could find out where they went, but knowing my luck they got broken in one of my many moves and just tossed out.

I still have mine, and have Pokemon Blue, a cartridge with 26 games (which was included with the unit when I got it), Pokemon Trading Card Game, and Pokemon Gold (though a problem appeared with the cartridge itself, causing it to lose all saved data)

Oil/Acrylic painting mediums, various pencils, and various pens since I don't have a handle on Illustrator, Photoshop, Painter, and Maya yet with my wacom tablet.

These were once tech marvels that are now made by advance mechanical assemblies in factory.

You guys make me feel so old! I still have and use:

- My VCR from '93
- Gameboy Color (though I tend to play the games with emulators)
- N64
- NES
- Answering machine (I didn't know these were old)
- VHS rewinder
- Lamp from '94
