Is the pork cutlet dry?
I don't really like how some Japanese people cook it dry.
I like the pork to be moist/juicy.
Other than that, I love my grandmother's japanese pork cutlet curry.
One of her best curries is a chicken or beef curry with bamboo, potatos, carrot, taro, and pan-fried garlic/onions.
The chinese, thai, vietnamese, and fillipino curries are excellent as well.
If you tried the yellow, i am guessing you had the green and red thai curries as well?
Even though you don't like indian curry, have you been to the Brick House in New York City for the hottest curry?
