oi there it just me Kai, but hey u got some good stuff here I can understand that ur beginner so im glad to say this is some fantastic work and ur also on ur way to being pretty good a few tips for me as i also had to get pass the Wall of transition, so this is for drawing people^^
1.study the human body both male and female.
2.when it comes to anime/manga its mostly about the face which i can see u understand, so master how ur like drawing face of all kinda something is still need to work on myself
3. clothing in my opinion is the 2nd most important think in anime and manga, so study how the clothes rest on the humen body for both genders.

Over all i like where u head hope to see more for u=]
