something i wrote a year ago when i was in depression

but um fine now

During sleepless nights,
I pretend that the past isnt real,
I just brings back what i used to feel.
So much sadness in my hopeless life, Never knew things would change so fast
You are not here and im alone.
Wishing you can come back home and
Im trying to run away from this pain that has grown.
I fell so empty now that you are gone.
There is so much crying and I fell like dying.
This one is for you.
These words are brand new.Just for you.
Though its coming from the heart,
Thanks for the life you have given me.
You will always be in my heart,
cross the heart hope to die.
Feel these tears coming from my eyes,,
that will stop till well apart.
And I swear of god we will always be foreever.

It's hard to know whether the person that left is your mom or a girlfriend, but either way it is a loved one, which only makes the poem sadder.

I thought you structured your poem pretty well, and I like how some parts rhyme while others don't. You chose your words very carefully and made this poem effective.

Sad, a lot of people run away from their pasts and their past feelings. They also have people or things they think about, even if it they have left, you think about them constently.
I enjoyed reading this message, this poem, with feelings of truth from you. I hope to enjoy more of your poetry, my friend, keep writing.

I'd have to say that this is most likely to his GF. I mean, the only part that wouldn't make sense would be her coming home but, I don't think people would type something like this to their mother. Unless you have some sort of really, and I mean really close bond. Good work, and keep em coming.
