Scott Peterson's allowed to blog from prison, and lots of women adore him too even knowing what he did. It's pretty incomprehensible, but perhaps having a Facebook or a blog is now considered a basic human right in some way?

He has the right to have a facebook account, but to be honest I think he is an idiot for doing so. He's going to get bashed so much, and rightfully so.

It's dumb, I agree. Hope all he gets are hate messages until he decides it's a bad idea to log on.

I know here in the states it's a matter of debate whether or not to allow prison inmates the ability to email people. Some say they will use it to harass people, others say it's a basic human right. They are far from denied conventional mail, but they're opting for computer access and the overall ability to do this.

It's pretty sad.
