The Story of Saiunkoku.
I bought this 2 months ago.
I really like it.
Wedding is in October. And I'm going to be a dad. Super excited.
OOO Apachai. I thought when u said "simplified version..apachi des" u were talkin about an anime so i was googling that crap for like 10 mins going "dang i wanna watch it but y can't i find it?"Apachi is the Muay Thai guy in Kenichi. He's funny. Real stupid too...to me. But it's just his childlike attitude.
Haha yea i was like, "is he talkin about bokurano?"Sorry I messed up this is about those people. There are the really stupid ones the guy who dresses up in weird costumes and steals things. There is the kid...and the mafia detective group. Issac and Miria....the idiot thiefs.
And really the show is about them on a train, and it sort of reveals bits of their lives before the train.
I got confused with Bokurano.....*hits head on desk*
I seriously don't remember that scene at all lol. But my bads . I remember the more important stuff like "the collar bone is the most attractive female body part."No, Rem Nightfall is right. They do pinky promise (when they are young), although this has very little, if anything, to do with the story.
Yeah he is awesome. One of my favorites. I love the "alien" guy too.
Hahahahahaa right. I knowHaha yea i was like, "is he talkin about bokurano?"
In the anime I don't think they ever mention it. It's more in the manga. I love the collar bone part.I seriously don't remember that scene at all lol. But my bads . I remember the more important stuff like "the collar bone is the most attractive female body part."
I love the scene,
That's so funny.

I feel like I'm cutting into a conversation at an awkward
point.
Vassalord. Some people didn't even know there was an anime.
up until a week ago, I didn't either.
Add me on gaia : seiteki_otaku
H2O: Footprints in the Sand
i havent really seen a lot of talk around that anime, but i really like it, its one of my faves ^_^
Then I have seen the OVA series.
I liked Solty Rei, more the music then anything else
Megazone 23, I liked the premise, but the anime is old
Ushio and Tora is not my style
And Kashimashi wouldn't be my style
I've seen a few episodes of this. It's not my style. But I watch it once in a while.
Wedding is in October. And I'm going to be a dad. Super excited.
No. I don't like them because they're old. I watched it and it was pretty old...that is what I'm stating. It's one of those things. Like if you had something on your eye and you notice their is something on or in your eye. That is what I was saying. Votoms is pretty cool. Saint Seiya is all right. Hate Lupin.

Magipoka because of Liru the cute one.
Three of my favorites which I don't think are very well known are:
Pumpkin Scissors
Gunbuster - Aim for the Top!
Diebuster - Aim for the Top 2!
Ned Yeung, A.C.E.
RahXephon
Blood+
Moribito
~ Aura ~
"If you are near to the dark
I will tell you 'bout the sun
You are here, no escape
From my visions of the world
You will cry all alone
But it does not mean a thing to me ..."
Toshokan Sensou was a very good series from 2006. Originally watched it because they used BBB for the closing, but it turned out to be very good. Sadly, not many people I've talked to have seen it, let alone heard of it.
Casshern SINS just finished broadcast, and went fairly unnoticed until just about the time it was concluded. a Very good philosophical series under the guise of being an action series.
"The color fades along the intervals I follow."
Okay, so i've seen some stuff written here that are not really "unpopular" . Yes maybe, in your part of the world that is, but if you look at the bigger picture you'll see what i mean.
These are the ones that i'm tryin' to point out:
Cyborg 009 is a pretty popular and acclaimed title, created by the legendary Shotaro Ishinomori, its has greatly influenced Japanese pop culture in more ways than one.
Now & Then, Here & There ain't popular but it has amassed a cult fanbase over the years.
Just like Now & Then Here & There, Blue Submarine No. 6 and Welcome to the NHK were able to garner a decent deal of fans over the years.
Gunbuster is quite popular too, even being dubbed as one of the biggest and baddest mecha to grace the world of anime. They also made a Gunbuster figure for the popular Soul of Chogokin line of die-cast mecha figures. I'm an SOC collector myself and i do know that only the best and most celebrated mecha (super robots to be specific) are the only ones able to join the SOC ranks. I mean, just look at some of the other SOC'd stuff: Mazinger Z, Getter Robo, Voltes V, Evangelion, Grendizer, Ideon, King Joe, and many more.
Rahxephon ain't unpopular too, it is arguably one of the most loved, and hated, post-eva titles around. Some even say it's better than eva, some say it's just basking in eva's glory... Whatever the case is, it makes this series popular.
Blood+, yes, ain't unpopular. Huge, huge fanbase for this one...
Yakitate! Japan is a fun series, it's a popular anime here in Asia. Again, huge fanbase for this one...
-----------------------
As for a pretty unpopular anime, i could name tons that i've seen through the years but i'm gonna randomly select only one:
Much like Yakitate! Japan and Chuka Ichiban (Cooking Master Boy), MR. AJIKKO is another culinary title about a culinary genius kid and his rise to prominence in the culinary world. Unlike Yakitate! Japan which deals with bread making and Chuka Ichiban which deals with chinese cuisine, Mr. Ajikko is all about different kinds of cooking...from traditional Japanese to a couple of international dishes thrown here and there.

Well, actually I'm reading it online right now. Quite interesting...I have to admit ...
Hmm. all this time I thought it was called Cooking Master Boy... but I had seen this anime some 7-8 years ago and I can't remember it that much. Still, it was fun seeing all the shiny and sparkly delicacies produced in ingenious ways.
It's been quite a long time since I'd last watched it. And at that time, I just loved the acceleration power of 009.
Indeed.
(To tell the truth, I really can't remember how many episodes were there in the first place!!! But I do remember just some images and it's name. Quite forgetful, that I am.)
