This is Goku from DBGT, after he was changed back to kid by accident on a dragonball wish.

I personally dislike DB very much, but your wall is nice. The first one is better though in my opinion.

Honestly, I did so many things to it, I couldn't tell you exactly.

It started with a cloud filter, then difference clouds, then I colorized and adjusted the levels. I then duplicated the layer, twisted and waved it with overlay as blending. Adjusted the levels some more. Then duplicated the layer 3 times, flipping each one horiz. and vert. until they were all different, then played with the layer blendings, more levels adjustment...there's a radial blured layer too.

Kind of a filter and layer blend overload...but I like the result.

#1 is better! the background character takes up too much space and is too in-your-face. if you want to keep it, id blur it or make it more opaque.

I also prefer the 1. one!

On the 2. one try to make Goku (left one) more transparent.
