Oh, a fellow Sweede! Bork bork bork! IKEA bork meeataballs!
Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
No other president is doing what he's doing implies there are other Presidents of the United States of America currently active as Presidents of the United States of America.
It's just a band name, you know. They're not really... you know.
On a slightly more relevant note, I laughed and then rage'd when Rush Limbaugh went on the record saying he hopes Obama's plan fails miserably. In my opinion, anyone that wants a plan to improve something to fail simply because it means that your team disagrees with the team that came up with it doesn't actually care about the thing that needs improving. Not that I really take Limbaugh seriously at this point or anything, but I'm sure he's not the only Conservative Republican out there with that mentality.

I don't think Obama is a great president. Then again I am a conservative (biased) and it is still too soon to judge!
The guy has been around less than two months and he's already the best? No, he is not.
as long as he can do his job well
which is up for debate, you know. Not everyone agrees on whether or not Clinton was a good president either.
I didn't know Mavericker had the Swedish chef filter on again. I was going to say "maybe there should be an announcement for this sort of thing" but the surprise is the best part, after all.

I've never believed in Obama and after saying that he won't negotiate with PALESTINIAN TERRORISTS I doubt him even more.
Whole Gaza is in ruins, who is the terrorist? The Palestinian people? The freedom fighters Hamas who also were democratically elected? Or COULD it be the Zionist occupants?
The fact that he is black doesn't make him a great person.

Now I don't mind about people saying such thing. But for some people who are so sensitive about racism, you're dead for saying that. You said that you don't trust him, it sounds like just because of his skin colour, am I right? If that's not what you were trying to mention, you should change your words a little or else people would really call you a racist.
Nobody said that he is a great president base on his ethnicity. He is American, doesn't matter what colour of skin he has, he is American with his ancestor of African American.
A president is a leader of the country, that still doesn't mean he can be perfect, but to try his best to help our days better. I believe that most of the past presidents had tried their best to make our days better, and make this country a better country. Who would want to purposely ruin everything?!

Butthurt (insert political leaning opposite of the current political leaning in power here)s.
He's new and largely untested, but his claim is that he's going to try. The only thing he's said is going to be key is that everyone work together, and quite frankly while that would be ideal it's far from realistic. He talks about how bad things are and that the key to it all is coming together and working towards a better future as one and people immediately criticize him for taking a "Doom and Gloom" position and ask why he can't be optimistic about it. Hell, that whackjob with a mic Hannity went as far as saying that the economy's fine and Obama's exaggerating to push his "Socialist Agenda" of giving everyone's money to poor people. These people are insane, and so Bam's probably gonna fail and the Republicans are gonna say "See? We didn't help because we knew it wouldn't work" completely ignoring the fact that he said it wouldn't work if they didn't help.

That was exactly what I meant, that he is going to try. He can't be sure that the plan is gonna work, but he know that as long as we work together, there's a bigger chance to come up with a conclusion. What I meant by saying "who would want to ruin everything" is that every president including Bush and Obama were trying their best to make this a better country, no matter what they did or doing, their purposes is to make this a better country.
Ah. Well in that case I somewhat disagree. Presidents have in the past and will in the future use the position to further their own interests irrespective of what's best for the country, and politicians in general are usually more focused on making a better America for one particular group that they happen to be a part of and a worse place for those that oppose them.

Yeah, you weren't here the first time Mavericker descended unto AF to feed. I got my first warning for being mean to him. It was a fun time, all in all.
For the record new kids, Kaitou may not be especially talkative on the forums, but he's actually a pretty likable guy with a decent sense of humor. Same with a lot of the quieter staff members I've spoken to, in fact.

I wouldn't state he's the greatest president in the world, or in History, I believe that was Abraham Lincoln was the greatest president in all History, such as well Theodore Roosevelt.
It's to early to judge Mr. Obama, it's been only two consectuative month (s), and the Stimulus plan isn't going to help our economy, it is however going to help balance our economy, not fully resurrecting our economy.
Now just by juding half the biased conservatives in the congress, that's a different stand-point, we didn't destroy our economy, our debit did, and our credit did, as well with the banks.

Should've saved your economy Britain!! It will haunt you for ever! You know sending presents will give you nightmares!! Muahahahaahaha. Finally, Brown gave Obama a first edition of Martin Gilbert's seven-volume biography of Winston Churchill, whose World War II partnership with President Franklin Roosevelt symbolized the U.S.-Anglo alliance.
For Sasha and Malia, Sarah Brown, the Prime Minister's wife, gave each an outfit from Topshop, a British chain of clothing stores, and selected six children's books by British authors which have yet to be published in the U.S.
In return, First Lady Michelle Obama presented the prime minister's two boys with toy helicopters modeled after Marine One.
Obama was so touched by the gifts, he called Brown on board his plane on Thursday to thank him. The call was placed after Brown addressed a joint meeting of Congress, the White House said. The two reportedly spoke for 10 minutes.
Teddy was a pretty horrible president. He viewed himself as the god-king of America, and threatened South and Central America's sovereignty incessantly. Otherwise, he tackled monopolies (although at that point, practically anyone would have done that) and showboated the Navy around to impress Japan and anyone else who was watching ("impress" being a diplomatic term for "threaten"). He was basically a complete jerk, but people forget about that because he was also an interesting, charismatic guy.
Ehhh, I dunno if I'll stick around. We'll see.
