Ok Sweeney Todd is my favorite musical besides the Producers does anybody like this movie as well? If you dont remember than maybe this will remind you.

Oh man!
I'm usually against watching bloody stuff, but Sweeney Todd was exceptional, especially since Johnny Depp's in it.
I loved it although I closed my eyes during some gory scenes.

yea, as well for me, this is the only musical i can stand, although i heard good things about the producers, i actually liked this movie so much, that after i saw it in theatres, i whent out and got the soundtrack the next day.

my 2 favorite songs, Epiphany and Joanah (2nd)

Epiphany:

Todd: i had him; his throat was bare beneith my hand
Lovett: calm down, now
Todd: no, i had him, his throat was there and now he'll never come again...
Lovett: easy now, hush love hush, i keep telling you..
Todd: WHEN!?
Lovett: (shaken) whats your rush?
Todd: why did i wait?! you told me to wait, and now he'll never come again!

Todd: theres a hole in the world like a great black pit, and its filled with people who are filled with sh!t, and the vermin of the world inhabit it.....but not for long. they all deserve to die, tell you why Mrs. Lovett, tell you why. Because in all of the whole human reace Mrs. Lovett there are 2 type of men and only 2: theres the one sitting there in his proper place, an the one with his foot in the onther ones face; look at me Mrs. Lovett, look at you; no we all deserve to die, even you Mrs. lovett, even I. And ill never see joahana, no ill never hold my girl to me, FINISHED!

its funny in this scene, because the song is so very sad, but the actions that go withh this scene are very brutal (probably why i love it so much)
