Thanks guys!!! hummm ill list my top 5 of favorite anime but seriously there is just to mutch to list... would take days... humm...
1. True Tears... dont ask me why... it just moved me... dunno the exact reason noe was just so true or something like that...
2. Neon Genesis Evangelion: Classic
3.Iriya no Sora UFO no Natsu
4. black lagoon/ergo proxy
5. Clannad/ Beck/ Nana/ Death note/ i dunno...
i like alot of genre but my favorite would be romance/slice of life/drama... but i can seriously watch anything as soon as it as THE style!!

Hmm.
Out of your list, I've only watched Evangelion.
I am about to watch Nana (just purchased the box set) and I've read the first season and some of season 2 of Death Note.

Romance is my favourite too, with comedy.
I'd recommend School Rumble for a good laugh (I've only read the manga but I hear the anime is great as well) and Fruits Basket. Love Hina and Ouran High School Host Club are other RomComs I've enjoyed.

You may want to try Code Geass (for some really good strategy and drama based anime), Chrno Crusade and Get Backers.
All the ones I've listed have good art (a must)
