Right now its, Mio from K-On.

I found out about her when Minirama gave me my sig, and I found out the character in my sig was her. She also looks a lot like the person in my avatar to, but that person is just an anime character I found browsing through photobucket. Then I edited it.

[FONT='Calibri','sans-serif']Hidaka Ken from Weiß kreuz has been my fangirl favourite since the anime aired originally in Japan, almost, and carries through into the rest of the franchise! He's not overly bishounen and there is something very attractive about his normality, which is also sad because he's the one who "breaks" in the end...and I love me a "crazy", too!! And even though I don't like kids, there's something sexy about a man who does. I also am a big Tomokazu Seki fan, and this role was awesome, playing a more down-to-earth & serious (and normal!) type but keeps his good humor without going overboard, like some of his other characters. I would have to say Amane Misa from Death Note. Love her dark even "gothic" style but with bright blonde hair. Awesome thing is i work with a chick that looks and dresses just like her in real life. I even told her once lol.

Wait, nobody considers Pikachu attractive??

That critter's not the kind of character that a fangirl/boy would crush on or fall for, but what the heck, it's cute, and tons of fans have been drawn by its charm. I think it's fairly safe to assume that Pikachu's got a bigger fanbase than, well, let's say most of the characters previously mentioned. And void of personal taste (as much as possible), Pikachu is arguably one of the most attractive anime characters EVER... without the fanservice.
